Once we receive confirmation of payment from you, we will dispatch your order and you will receive a notification of purchase. This notification serves as a receipt for your purchase. Please ensure that you provide the correct email address for receipt of this notification and that the delivery address is accurate.

Should you not receive the notification of purchase from us, please contact us immediately.

Delivery in South Africa

We offer standard delivery to anywhere in South Africa, which is door-to-door and takes 1 - 6 working days. At BrickTopia PTY (LTD), we strive to provide great customer service and quick delivery.

Delivery fee

• Free delivery to anywhere in South Africa for orders over R1000.
• For returns or exchanges, the current pricing of the contracted courier service will apply.

Delivery time

BrickTopia PTY (LTD) endeavors to ensure that your order reaches you on time. Our deliveries generally take 1 to 5 working days, but we always aim to get it to you as quickly as possible.

• For most of our Gauteng deliveries, delivery usually happens on the same or next day, provided there are no delays from the courier.
• For urgent deliveries, please contact BrickTopia PTY (LTD) directly at connect@bricktopia.co.za or Call/WhatsApp  before placing your order.

Pre-orders

• Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all pre-order items are available for dispatch.
• Estimated pre-order dates are provided at checkout, though shipment delays may occasionally result in orders being dispatched a few days later.

Should your package be delayed or not delivered at all, please contact us at connect@bricktopia.co.za. We will address each case individually but cannot be held responsible for incorrect details provided, adverse weather conditions, or civil/political disruptions.

Should a package need to be re-sent due to the customer being unavailable to receive it during office hours, incorrect information provided, or similar reasons, BrickTopia PTY (LTD) reserves the right to charge for the additional delivery.
